• Complement the moss with delicate varieties such as lagurus (Lagurus ovatus), glixia, phalaris, or dried grasses, which will optically "lighten" the picture.
• For contrast, add everlasting flowers (Helichrysum), yarrow, or statice in delicate natural or earthy tones.
• For a more luxurious look, combine moss with bleached ruscus, palm spears, or lightly tinted eucalyptus.
• For a rustic or forest style, use pinecones, bark pieces, dried fruits, or twigs.
Practical tips from practice:
• First, lay out the composition "dry" – only then glue or fix the material.
• Glue the moss in small areas to prevent the glue from drying out.
• Insert dried flowers slightly diagonally – the picture will gain depth and natural movement.
• Less is more – let the moss breathe, use dried flowers as an accent, not as a filler for the entire surface.
