Origin and processing
Phalaris canariensis originates from the Mediterranean, where it was originally cultivated as a fodder and seed plant. Thanks to its firm ears and attractive shape, it later spread into the world of floristry. Our ears come from nearby farms; the ears are first gently bleached and then dyed, which ensures their color fastness and long lifespan.
Care and maintenance
Dried phalaris is maintenance-free and requires no watering. It is recommended to store it in a dry and shaded place, away from moisture and direct sunlight. If dust accumulates, you can use a soft brush or gently blow with cool air from a hairdryer.
