Origin and processing
Phalaris (Latin Phalaris canariensis) also known as canary grass, originates from the Mediterranean region, where it was used as fodder. Thanks to its compact ear and aesthetic value, it has also found its place in floral design. After harvesting, it is thoroughly dried and then hand-dyed in rich shades, such as this intense blue. The colour is durable, and the stems retain their flexibility and shape.
Care and maintenance
Phalaris requires no special care. Store it in a dry place away from direct sunlight. You can remove dust with a soft brush or a hairdryer on a cool setting. For refreshing its look, you can use an anti-static spray for dried plants.
