Origin and processing
This cress (Lepidium) comes from our local meadows, where we collect it during various stages of ripening. This is why its natural shade can vary – sometimes it is slightly beige, other times greenish. Each batch carries a unique natural character. We meticulously collect and tie it by hand so that it reaches you in the best possible quality.
Care and maintenance
Grasses like lepidium are very undemanding. Store them indoors, away from moisture and direct sunlight. To remove dust, use a gentle puff of cool air, or refresh with an anti-static plant spray (SPRING pro florist)
