Nigella orientalis – Eastern Nigella (black cumin) – originates from the Mediterranean and Western Asia, where it has long been cultivated for its decorative seeds. It is harvested in full maturity for use in arrangements, when the capsules have ideal firmness.
It is then dried through a natural, slow process that preserves its shape and structure. Then, the surface is treated with a metallic gold spray. This creates a striking effect while preserving the plant's shape and structure. Dried flowers thus acquire a luxurious appearance suitable for seasonal and year-round decorations.
Care and maintenance
