Origin and processing
This more exotic ornamental millet (Setaria) originates from Senegal but is also commonly cultivated in Central Europe. After harvesting, it was dried using traditional methods and then hand-dyed to an intense turquoise-blue shade. Each bunch is precisely tied to maintain its volume during transport and storage.
